Where are we located?
We are based in Yorktown, Virginia.
Is Barley N Sage Insured?
Yes! We carry general liability insurance and can provide copies upon request.
Do we travel?
Of course! We love a good road trip! One hour of travel to and from your event is included in the base plan rates. Extended travel is an additional fee, and overnight events can easily be planned.
Do you have a horse trailer or tap trailer?
Yes, these are available as add-on services. Please note that storage space will need to be provided.
What type of events do you do?
We support and celebrate corporate events, retirements, birthdays, showers, mitzvah, weddings, and anniversaries
Do you have a rain policy?
Rain is never good for any celebration! Although we do not offer rain dates, we can work with your event coordinator and recommend proper tent sizes to cover trailers and bars. A 20x20 tent will guarantee proper coverage for staff and guests.
Can we do a cash bar?
We are unable to perform any transactions that contain alcohol. We follow all state laws regarding the sale and consumption of alcohol. We serve alcohol supplied by our clients or third-party vendors.
How do I know what alcohol to purchase and quantity?
We'll guide you through a 1:1 consultation via Zoom or in-person, discussing signature drinks, bar services, and add-ons. We'll provide a detailed shopping list to help you save money.
Am I allowed to make changes to my packages or menus and guest count once booked?
Yes! You can make changes during our follow-up 1:1 consultation, 30 days prior to your event. We understand that sometimes changes are necessary, and we're here to accommodate them.
